Where are we located?

Come visit us at the Fountain Therapeutic Center, our beautiful facility located in the Summerfield Addition in Texarkana, TX. We moved into our new location in February of 2011 in order to provide speech, occupational, and physical therapy.  In December of 2012, we were privileged to add 1300 square feet to accomodate a growing staff and new programs such as aquatic therapy!!! How Services Are Implemented:

A referral is received from the physician

A speech, occupational, and/or physical therapy evaluation are conducted

Treatment will focus on the improvement and correction of speech, language, motor, and sensory disorders. 

Family members are trained in order for the client to use these skills in other environments

Discharge from therapy occurs when skills are age-appropriate / when improvement is no longer seen

The client may be referred to other agencies / programs if necessary.
